Overwatch Fitness ask that you take your time, and purchase items with care, referencing the available sizing charts and product descriptions as we do not allow a return on items where a change of mind has occurred, or you have decided you would like a different size, colour or style.
Returns on items that are not of acceptable quality, for example: damaged clothing or faulty printing goes without saying and Overwatch Fitness is happy to offer an exchange or full refund on items that meet these criteria. Return postage for damaged goods will be at our expense.
Please contact us via our email enquiries@overwatchfitness.com.au with your return/exchange details, describing the issue with the product that you have identified. Any returns require to be approved prior to being sent back to us.
Once the return has been approved you will receive an email with details about the return postage address and process.
