Overwatch Fitness focuses their fitness and tactical strength / conditioning programs for prospective Defence Force or Law Enforcement applicants and also currently serving members.
Whether it be to apply for the ADF, to join the Police Service or preparing for entry selection as a Tactical Operator in a specialist unit, the coaches at Overwatch Fitness have the experience and programs to help you. Overwatch Fitness also provides boot camp style training packages for corporate entities wanting to develop workplace cohesion through team building and mental resilience activities.
Overwatch Fitness coaches have over 20 years’ experience in both the military and law enforcement fields including in specialist police units. The coaches have already travelled the path that you want to embark on. They can show you how and what to train in order to be well prepared for the challenges you may face on your fitness journey. Our programs have been tried and tested by the coaches and were used as the corner stone to achieve their own goals in the Australian Defence Force and Law Enforcement.
