I recently underwent a shoulder surgery which impacted my ability to train significantly and stopped me completing the emergency responder program. I reached out to Lance and the team for advice around modifying the plan to get the most out of the sessions I could do. Lance was awesome! He provided realistic and helpful advice that will help me shape my sessions into the near future and I’m grateful that he was willing to share his experience and knowledge.

I’ve been training Overwatch programs and talking to the guys for nearly 4 years now and, with their constant support, I recently completed the selection process with a performance I’m really proud of.
I felt great in the lead up and finished with no injuries thanks to the thorough and specific preparation.

Being no stranger to tactical athleticism, I used a popular military training book for about 5 years throughout my time in the infantry and to get through a tactical policing selection back home. After arriving in Aus, I was recommended Overwatch Fitness. I cockily picked up pre-operator. My God. I've completed 2 weeks now and only the last day have my doms finally subsided and I have full mobility again. The addiction to training and pushing myself until breaking point is back. I love this program. I wake every morning looking forward to my two torturous sessions each day. Thank you overwatch fitness team you've brought joy back into my training.

Lance at Overwatch Fitness recently created some custom operator tees for myself and my team. The customer service was exceptional to say the least! The custom tees that Lance produced has created a greater bond within the team and has encouraged some members of my team to put in the extra hard yards into their health and fitness goals.
